Hummus

A tried and true hummus recipe that can be tailored for your flavor!

Ingredients:

1 can of chickpeas- drained and rinsed
3 cloves of garlic
3/4 cup olive oil + more to drizzle
juice from 1/2 a lemon
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 tbsp water
dash of pepper

Add garlic to a food processor and mince. Then add the chickpeas and process again. Slowly add the rest of ingredients, adding more salt, water and olive oil to taste. I like mine at a little bit soupier consistency, so feel free to adjust. Enjoy!
